| 本课题是由美国国立卫生研究院支持，由中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心，北京地坛医院和美国华盛顿大学共同承担完成。本课题为期3年，为保证课题的顺利实施，特招聘项目经理一名 招聘单位：中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心 截止日期：8/1/2005 工作地址：北京 注 意：本职位要求全职 主要职责要求：项目经理负责协调本研究课题的数据收集工作，同时确保课题按计划实施、制定预算、制定标准操作程序、治疗点监督、数据质量控制，帮助培训和研究对象访谈、处理保密数据、数据回顾以及定期报告。项目经理还负责开发数据收集培训手册和研究草案。申请人必须具备熟练的英语听说读写能力，以便和美方研究人员密切合作。 其他的职责还包括： 与医生、护士及研究对象密切合作；开发数据收集草案、制定时间表和培训教材；面试并雇佣现场数据收集人员；协调并培训现场数据收集的工作人员；与现场工作人员回顾研究进程，并监督现场工作；分析原始数据，撰写周报及月报；检索文献，协助文章发表；负责各部门间联系协调。 申请人要求： 优先条件：具备流行病学公共卫生学硕士学位。有人员管理及数据收集方面的经验。有创新能力以确保研究队列的稳定增长。 其他条件：硕士学位或3年以上相关工作经验。有数据研究管理方面的经验。有数据分析和调整研究队伍及研究方案的能力。有艾滋病研究经验。具备适当的教育及工作背景也可考虑。 薪水：4000元/月 申请方法： 请将个人简历，及一份英文书写样文寄至以下邮箱，并注明‘应聘项目经理职位’。 wenyi@chinaaids.cn 和 lise329@sohu.com 联系人： 文毅 李瑟 中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心 治疗关怀室 电话：010-63039072, 010-63132883 传真：010-63039087 DEVELOPING AN ANTIRETROVIRAL ADHERENCE PROGRAM IN CHINA This program is a NIH funded three-year research program and being implemented by the National Center for AIDS Control and Prevention, China CDC, Beijing Ditan Hospital and the University of Washington, U.S. In order to ensure the smooth running of this program, we are looking for a qualified person to work in the following position: RESEARCH MANAGER Organization: NCAIDS, CHINA CDC Date Available: 8/1/2005 Open until filled. Location: Beijing, China Notes: This position is 100% FTE . General Duties/Description: The Research Manager will coordinate the data collection of an adherence to HAART research project in Beijing China. Responsible for timelines, budgets, standard operating procedures, site monitoring, data quality, Helping with interviews and training, managing confidential data, data review, and site reports. Develop data collection training manual and research protocol. Must have excellent English speaking and writing ability. Will be working closely with University of Washington, U.S.A. staff. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and research investigators. Develop data collection protocol, time line, and training manual. Interview and hire data collection field staff. Coordinate and train field staff in data collection methodologies. Review study progress with field team. Supervise field staff. Analyze preliminary data, produce weekly and monthly reports on field activities. Conduct literature reviews, develop and present reports, assist in academic publications, present finding at conferences. Serve as the primary contact for the public, Ministry of Health, and medical community inquires. Requirements: Master OR three years of relevant experience. Experience with establishing and managing research data. Ability to analyze interim data and to adapt study team and protocol. Experience with HIV research. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements. Desirable: MPH in epidemiology. Expertise in personnel evaluations, hiring, and data collection methodologies. Ability to design innovative approaches to enhance cohort accrual and retention.
